Orange-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops
serves 4
Ingredients
- 4 ea pork loin chops
- 1 ea red onion, 1/2-inch wedges
- 2 ea rosemary sprigs
- 1/2 C fresh orange juice
- 2 T fresh lime juice
- 2 T orange marmalade
- 1 T whole grain mustard
- 1 T olive oil
Instructions
- Season the chops, brown, add the onion and rosemary, then roast at 425 until done.
- Simmer the orange and lime juices, marmalade and mustard until syrupy.
- Plate the pork with the onion, then dress with the syrup and serve.
