Orange-Mustard Glazed Pork Chops

Instructions

  1. Season the chops, brown, add the onion and rosemary, then roast at 425 until done.
  2. Simmer the orange and lime juices, marmalade and mustard until syrupy.
  3. Plate the pork with the onion, then dress with the syrup and serve.
